Platform Rules & User Obligations

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and pkr48 ("pkr48", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the website located at https://pkr48.cam and all related services, features, content and functionality offered through that website (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you represent that you have read, understood and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

pkr48 operates exclusively as an English-language informational and editorial platform targeting Pakistani users interested in online sports betting and casino gaming. pkr48 does not itself operate a gambling service, accept real-money wagers, hold player funds or settle bets. All gambling activities described on the Platform are conducted through third-party operators entirely separate from pkr48.

pkr48 does not hold, claim or imply any gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any other Pakistani regulatory body. Users must independently verify the licensing credentials of any operator they choose to use. Gambling may be restricted or prohibited under applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. These Terms do not constitute legal advice.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an Account or use any feature of the Platform. Where the operator or the applicable licence jurisdiction imposes a higher minimum age, that higher age applies. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement. pkr48 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where eligibility cannot be verified.

The Platform is available globally from a technical standpoint, but access may be restricted in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pkr48 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for access in all locations. Users in Pakistan should note the particular restrictions imposed by the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable legislation.

Each User may maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single User — whether using the same or different personal details, devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct for the purposes of these Terms.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid email address. You must update this information promptly whenever it changes. pkr48 accepts no responsibility for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the User.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You must notify pkr48 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. pkr48 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

pkr48 may require you to complete a KYC verification process at any time, including upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal or where suspicious activity is detected. You may be required to provide government-issued identification, proof of address and, where relevant, proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification to pkr48's satisfaction may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending funds pending resolution.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, pkr48 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include any right to scrape, republish, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from pkr48.

pkr48 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all editorial content, guides, odds explanations and informational material published on the Platform is accurate at the time of publication. However, pkr48 does not warrant the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of any information on the Platform. Users should independently verify all information before making any financial or betting decisions.

Any gambling activity a User undertakes through a third-party operator linked or referenced on the Platform is entirely governed by that operator's own terms and conditions, privacy policy and applicable licensing framework. pkr48 is not party to any contract between the User and a third-party operator and accepts no liability whatsoever for the acts, omissions or decisions of any such operator.

pkr48 references familiar Pakistani payment channels — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — solely as contextual information for Pakistani users. These references do not constitute a representation that any such payment provider endorses gambling, supports pkr48, or is formally integrated with any specific operator. Actual deposit and withdrawal methods, minimum and maximum limits, processing times and applicable fees are determined entirely by the operator and the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification, applicable wagering requirement completion, minimum withdrawal thresholds and payment-method-specific processing times as determined by the operator. pkr48 does not process deposits or withdrawals directly and is not responsible for any delays, failures or disputes arising from payment processing by third-party operators or financial institutions.

Where amounts are quoted on the Platform, they are expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless expressly stated otherwise. Currency conversion, exchange rate risk and conversion fees (where applicable) are the sole responsibility of the User and are subject to the operator's currency-handling terms.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions and other incentives offered on the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry periods and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. These conditions will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. By way of illustration only: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires total bets of PKR 30,000 to be placed before withdrawal eligibility arises. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates will be set out in the relevant promotion terms.

pkr48 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals and suspend or permanently close any Account where it reasonably suspects that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, collusion, use of artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage, or any other conduct designed to manipulate or circumvent promotional mechanics.

pkr48 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any such modification will not affect bonus balances already credited to a User's Account prior to the modification, provided the applicable terms at the time of crediting are met.

pkr48 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a source of income or as a means of recovering financial losses. pkr48 strongly encourages all Users to set strict personal deposit, loss and session time limits before commencing any gambling activity.

Users who believe their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic are encouraged to utilise the self-exclusion and account-cooling-off features available in their account settings. During a self-exclusion period, the User's account will be suspended and no deposits or wagers will be accepted. pkr48 will use reasonable endeavours to enforce self-exclusion, but Users should be aware that self-exclusion on one platform does not automatically apply to other operators or platforms.

pkr48 maintains strict controls to prevent underage gambling. If pkr48 has reason to believe that a User is under the applicable minimum age, the Account will be immediately suspended pending verification, all pending withdrawals will be frozen, and any funds deposited by a minor may be returned to the funding source net of any actual losses incurred, subject to legal requirements.

All content published on the Platform — including but not limited to text, articles, guides, graphics, logos, icons, audio-visual material, page layouts and software code — is the exclusive property of pkr48 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. The pkr48 name, logo and brand identity are registered or unregistered trademarks of pkr48 and may not be used without express prior written consent.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, post or transmit any part of the Platform's content in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of pkr48. Any unauthorised use constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted or error-free operation. pkr48 does not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements or that any information thereon will be accurate, complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr48 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities — whether or not pkr48 had been advised of the possibility of such losses.

pkr48 accepts no responsibility or liability for the acts, omissions, errors, decisions, payment processing, odds pricing, technical failures or regulatory status of any third-party operator. All disputes arising from gambling activity must be directed exclusively to the relevant operator through their own dispute resolution channels.

pkr48 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account — with or without prior notice — if pkr48 reasonably believes that the User has breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, poses a risk of fraud or financial crime, or if such action is required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Outstanding wagering requirements, pending withdrawals or ongoing KYC procedures may delay the final account closure and balance settlement.

Upon termination or closure of your Account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Sections 2, 9, 10, 11 and 13 of these Terms shall survive termination and continue to bind both parties indefinitely.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr48 is formally incorporated, as notified to Users where required by applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits the application of mandatory consumer protection legislation in the User's country of residence.

In the first instance, any dispute arising under these Terms should be directed to pkr48's support team at [email protected] for informal resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction identified above, subject to any applicable mandatory alternative dispute resolution requirements.
